1. Exchanges Unavailable
- All scratches confirmed by light
- All scratches excluding portraits such as hair and clothes
- All pressing, stamping, folding, scratching, staining, etc. of the background
- Back of the photocard
- Other defects that may occur during the process
2. Exchanges available
- Scratches on the artist portrait that can be confirmed without light
- All pressing, stamping, folding, scratching, staining, etc. of the artist portrait
- Serious foreign substance damage to the overall photocard
- Peeling off of the coating
